Quorum operate best of breed monitoring tools such as Microsoft Systems Center Operations Manager (SCOM). This can proactively identify and report issues across a wide range of systems, including all Microsoft products.
In many cases, SCOM will report issues before they become serious, allowing pro-active fixes to be put in place. For example, it will warn when a server disk drive is 90% full, or if emails traffic is running slowly, so something can be done before the server crashes and users then report the system to be down. These alerts operate 24 X 7, and we have on-call engineers to deal with out of hours issues.
